UNIQLO
UNIQLO is a large-scale transnational retailer. It combines production and retail to realize cost reduction. And it offers the unprecedented overpriced goods to the customer. Production - warehousing - logistics - retail - customer service, which are closely bound up, and they can directly influence whether customers finally buy what they want to buy. UNIQLO has already used some kinds of different independent administrative software.
In order to grasp accurate information about goods, they determine to unify all data to UNIQLO G4 system. But consider that different countries have different mode and habit of operation, they decided to use independent administrative system in China to exchange data with UNIQLO G4.
In course of implementation of the project, the Metasphere proceed with two respects: At first, we do deep research to UNIQLO G4 and communicate carefully with IT in Japan to develop the data interface, which is the most suitable to be feasible; At second, we carefully research and analyze the demand for the procedure of UNIQLO operation and merge the advanced office procedure with the business demand for UNIQLO to design the high-efficient and fitted administrative system.
