The system includes three different platforms such as: Web Suite (reservation Platform for Guest), Reception (Front of the House), and Back Office (Administrator Platform)

Web Suite (reservation Platform for Guest)
This web based platform is designed to give the customer a service never experienced before, giving to him the possibility to make his own reservations, choose his favorite restaurant and food, add his personal information, interests or requests. He also can become a member and enjoy some of the advantages, for example he can manage his folio, his events, participating for rewards, get some coupons, etc. It’s the perfect place to interact with your customers and offer them the treatment they deserve.

Reception (Front of the House)
In here you can manage your reservations and organize your staff and your time. The feature permits the user to control the reservation list, the service time and the table’s turnover, improving the guest satisfaction making the employee’s job easier, and incrementing your sales.

Back Office (Administrator Platform)
This is the place where the user can manage everything around the Reservation System. The platform is divided in three different components, each of them in charge of different aspects of the system.

The first component is dedicated to the Web Suite, and manages everything about it, from Memberships to Issue Tracking. In here you can also create customer surveys and post them in the web page and wait the customer answers.

The second component is dedicated to the Marketing Management, and it is specially designed to capture the attention of your customers in the Web Suite platform. Here you can create and add coupons as well as create commercial banners to show your products in the Web Suites pages.

The third component is about reports. In here you can have the reports you need and watch them at anytime you want, with last minute information.
