Reliable data processing

Identify and merge duplicated data by Metasphere DE-Duplication:  First Name, Last Name, National, Birthday, Passport Number, Address, Home Tel, Mobile Phone

Guest profile and folio creates and updates

   Each guest profile is searched upon check-in among interfaced Opera systems
   Update the guest profile and folio in CRM if the guest profile is verified
   Create the guest profile if there is none

Integration with hotel systems

   Opera: integrate to other cooperative hotels’ opera systems
   CRM: integrate guest room folio and gambling folio

Secure data transmission

 Data is encrypted during transmission

Reporting and analysis

   Report and analyze guest consumption pattern
   Analyze and forecast guest expenses trends
